Level 1 - Troubleshooting. You may not always have the time and staff available to identify and solve your computer system problems. We can supply the extra resources you need on a time-and-materials basis.
Level 2 - Support agreement. Some businesses do not have a member of staff dedicated solely to IT management. We provide the additional expertise needed through a combination of site visits, off-site management and a telephone support service. A support contract allows us to develop an in-depth understanding of your computer needs and gives you the peace of mind of knowing we are always there to help.
Level 3 - On-site personnel. We can provide a full or part time IT professional to cover special projects, periods of absence or temporarily vacant posts.

Start-up Company A had quickly outgrown their manual systems. Impact investigated the business requirements and was able to put forward a standard off-the-shelf package solution.
Manufacturing Company B had the opportunity of gaining a major new client but faced the precondition that only EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) trading would be acceptable. Impact acted fast and added a new sub-system. The contract was won!
Distribution Company C was expanding quickly, opening new satellite branches around the UK in quick succession. All branches needed on-line access to Head Office order processing and stock control systems and the software had to be modified to handle branch stock. Impact designed and implemented the changes on time and to budget.
Service Company D was moving from a mini computer to a PC network. Impact masterminded the migration, resulting in a turnkey system changeover. Downtime was zero!
Company E has over 100 employees and a wide mix of computer hardware and software. A full-time IT Manager with in-house computer personnel was deemed too great an overhead. A support agreement with Impact meant existing staff were able to manage the computer systems with on-call assistance.
